Chairman of the Board
Jim is the Chairman of the Board for Vision Bank-Texas. Jim has practiced law for over 20 years and is currently the president of Lafayette Properties, Inc. in Dallas, Texas which conducts real estate investment, management and development.
Jim graduated in 1979 from St. Lawrence University in Canton, NY with a Bachelor of Arts. In 1982 he graduated from Syracuse University College of Law in Syracuse, New York with a Juris Doctorate degree.
Bob currently serves as co- founder and President of Ramstone Investments and CCH Investments as well as Vice President of Double Eagle Strategies. Ramstone as well as CCH were established to pursue the acquisition and development of Commercial Real Estate while Double Eagle Strategies was established as the parent of RWC Consulting Group, a company he originally founded and ultimately sold in 2000 that specializes in assisting large banks and agencies of the U.S. Government with back office operating challenges. Prior to pursuing these entrepreneurial interests, Bob served in the Banking industry for over 22 years.
Bob graduated in 1977 from the University of Texas in Austin, Texas with a Bachelors degree in Finance.
Tim is Chief Executive Officer of Working Solutions and has more than 20 years experience in call center services, technical support, and warranty management industries.
Tim holds a BSBA in Management, an ASBA in Banking and Finance from Missouri Western State University, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. He also has International Residency from Ecole School of Management and Grenoble Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Advisory Board for TelCoa, and is married with two children.
Glenn is a director for Vision Bank-Texas who has over 40 years experience as an officer and/or director of various companies.
Glenn graduated in 1952 from Oklahoma A&M College, Stillwater, Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science and in 1961 from Oklahoma State University, Stillwater, Oklahoma with a Master of Science. Glenn is the father of Samuel M. Stinchcomb.
Sam is the controller and a director of Dallas Plastics Corporation, a manufacturer of polyethylene film, in Mesquite, Texas since 1990. His responsibilities there include finance, accounting, credit, insurance, government reporting, taxes, personnel, as well as negotiations with vendors and customers.
Sam graduated in 1987 from Baylor University in Waco, Texas with a Bachelor of Business Administration.
Joe is a Managing Director with Blackhill Partners, a special situations investment bank based in Dallas. He co-founded Pace Petroleum in 2006 and, prior to that, he spent over 10 years executing M&A and capital raising transactions with Lehman Brothers and Deutsche Bank. Joe holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and a BBA from Baylor University.
