Vice President/Portfolio Manager
Andy serves the bank as a Portfolio Manager in the lending division and has worked in commercial banking and asset management since 2001. Prior to joining Vision Bank-Texas, Andy worked as a commercial lender with North Dallas Bank and most recently as a lender and manager of the Special Assets Department for First United Bank.
Andy graduated from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX with a BBA in Finance. He has also completed the Developing the Commercial Banking Relationship course by FTD, as well as the 13th Annual TBA Lending School in Austin, TX. Andy has volunteered as treasurer on the boards of several community charity fundraising projects.
Assistant Vice President/Credit Analyst
Anna has worked in banking since 1990 and has held underwriting and lending positions at Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank. Anna has a BBA in Finance from Stephen F. Austin State University.
Assistant Vice President/BSA Officer/Deposit Compliance Officer
Apryl's primary role is to monitor deposit compliance along with state and federal Bank Secrecy Act, Anti-Money Laundering, and OFAC laws and regulations. She is responsible for implementing and administering the bank's compliance program, internal audits, as well as conducting compliance training. Apryl has been in the banking industry since 2007, where she has held various positions in operations. In 2013, Apryl became a member of the Richardson Young Professionals program. Apryl is also involved in Leadership Richardson Class XXX and the 2014 Inside RISD class.
Apryl was born and raised in North Texas. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a B.A. in Political Science and a Masters in Political Science: Constitutional Law.
Bryan joined the Vision Bank-Texas team in April 2012. His role on the teller line allows him to assist customers with their everyday banking transactions. In 2011, Bryan graduated from ITT Technical Institute with an Associate's Degree in Drafting and Design.
Vice President/Marketing Director
Cindi began her career in community banking in 1981. Since that time she has received several honors in banking including a nomination for Altrusa Outstanding Women of Today. In 2002 Cindi was recognized by Richardson Living Magazine as "one of the reasons Richardson is a great place to live". In 2015 Cindi was the winner of the Texas Bankers Association 2015 LiFE Individual Recognition Award. She has served several years on Richardson PTA boards, as President of the RHS Drill team booster club, and continues to work with numerous non-profit organizations.
Cindi is a graduate of the 2013 class of Leadership Richardson and Inside RISD Community Leadership Program.
Cindi is the current 2015-2017 Tri-Chair of Women in Leadership through the Richardson Chamber and the Women on the Go Committee. She also serves on the Leadership Richardson Alumni Board, RISD Budget and Review Team, and Methodist Richardson Medical Center Foundation Board.
New Accounts Specialist
Diana has worked in the banking industry since 2006. She entered the industry as a teller and in2011 advanced into a personal banker position. Her primary role with Vision Bank-Texas is to assist customers in selecting the right products and services to meet their financial needs. Diana's goal is to develop a partnership with all of her clients, providing the highest quality of service for years to come. Diana is currently enrolled at Richland College in Dallas, and also speaks fluent Spanish.
Elissa brings over 13 years of banking experience to Vision Bank-Texas, including various positions working in sales, operations management, and lending in Retail branches for both small and large Banks, recognized with many honors in sales and service. Elissa's primary role at Vision Bank-Texas is to serve as a Banking Officer and Assistant to our Executive Staff, assisting with loan financing and servicing clients.
Elissa has volunteered her time for several years in various non profit groups including Girl Scouts, The Arthritis Foundation, The 3day Walk, Carrollton-FB Soccer Assoc., Financial Literacy Programs, and is an active member in Rosemeade PTA & CHS PTSA and CHS Theatre & Soccer Booster Clubs.
Senior Vice President/Lending Officer
Janine serves the bank as a Senior Vice President in the lending division and has been with the bank since its opening in 2007. She began her banking career in 1998 with Comerica Bank, going through the Credit Analyst Training program. She has held commercial lending positions with Comerica Bank, First Bank, Inc. and First National Bank Southwest.
Janine was born and raised in southeast Texas and graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration.

Treasury Management Representative
Jesse is primarily responsible for assisting both new and established clients with the utilization of the bank's Treasury Management products and services. He joined the Vision Bank-Texas team in 2011 as a Teller and transitioned into Treasury Management in 2012.
Jesse is currently in school working towards a degree in Business at Richland Community College.
Vice President/Treasury Management Officer
Jessica joined the Vision Bank-Texas team in 2007 and since that time, has served in many roles. Today she manages the implementation, training, and support of the bank's Treasury Management products and services for both established and new customers. Jessica works closely with the bank's Loan Officers and Business Development Officers to promote and establish new client relationships.
Jessica graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor's of Business Administration in 2013.
Vice President/Loan Operations Officer
Jill has been in the banking industry since 1985. She has primarily worked with small business/community banks where she has advanced her career through various positions. Jill's primary role with Vision Bank-Texas is overseeing the daily operations of the loan department. Jill is also an active volunteer with Vision Bank-Texas' community initiatives supporting the local pet rescue groups and other charitable organizations.
New Accounts Representative
Melissa first joined the Vision Bank Texas team as a receptionist in April 2011 and later transitioned into a teller role. In July 2014, she embarked upon her new role as a New Accounts Representative, where she assists customers in selecting the right account and products to meet their financial needs. Melissa looks forward to continuously providing excellent customer support for both new and existing customers.
Prior to coming to Vision Bank Texas, Melissa worked in Child Care Development for 6 years. She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Business Administration degree in 2006.
Sarah joined the Vision Bank Texas team in August 2013. She started as a receptionist-customer service representative and transitioned into the loan operations department in June 2014. Her primary roles include assisting with daily loan operations and fulfilling customer inquiries and requests. Sarah has been in the customer service industry since 2010 and is also fluent in Korean.
Sarah is pursuing a degree in Finance at Collin College and hopes to transfer to University of Texas at Dallas to complete her Bachelors.
Banking Officer / Loan Operations
Sylvia began her banking career in 1986. Since that time she has worked in many areas of the industry including Teller Operations, New Accounts, and Loan Operations. Sylvia launched Vision Bank-Texas' New Account Department when the bank originally opened in 2007. In November 2011, Sylvia left VBT to advance her career in loan operations with Sovereign Bank; however in June 2013, she transitioned back to join the VBT Loan Operations team.
Vice President/Assistant Cashier
Tammy is a banking professional with 29 years of banking experience in all aspects of banking operations. Tammy joined the operations team in February 2007, manages teller operations and initiates implementation of new products and services
Tammy has volunteered 8 years as Treasurer to various non-profit organizations.
